Free the Musk

I tried this perfume from the Oregons Trial set.

This perfume is quite nice. The strongest scent is definitely the Cardamom. It is a very spicy perfume. But not in the normal way of Cinnamons or Pepper. It is very Cardamom-y, and almost astringent or mace-like. It reminded me of Mukwhas. "The colorful, crunchy, and aromatic seed mixture commonly offered at Indian restaurants for breath freshening and digestion is called Mukhwas. It is primarily a blend of fennel seeds (saunf) and sugar, often enhanced with sesame seeds, dried coconut, coriander seeds, and digestive spices"

The dry down was very subtle and nice. I probably won't purchase a full size just because this isn't really my preferred scent profile, but if you like spicy perfumes, this is a nice option.

This was less musky than the title suggests -- much sweeter and more floral than anticipated! I ended up giving it to a friend because it smells a little too department-store for my body chemistry. I feel like they started out trying to dupe DedCool's Milk but added a few perfumier notes, like a base layer with an extra sprinkle of gourmand
