10. Push notifications and in-app alerts and updates
When you download one of our mobile applications (if applicable), we may provide you with the option to opt in to receive push notifications from us on your mobile device in connection with that mobile application. These push notifications may include promotional communications regarding our Products and Services. You may, after downloading the applicable mobile application, opt out of receiving push notifications by adjusting the settings on your mobile device. Opting out of push notifications will not affect other communications you receive from us, such as email communications. You also may receive alerts and updates within our mobile applications regarding our Products and Services or your accounts with us. To opt out of receiving these alerts and updates, you may uninstall the mobile application from your mobile device.

11. Retention of Collected Information
We do not retain the Collected Information for longer than necessary needed. For clients, we hold the Collected Information for a period of up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The only exceptions to the abovementioned period are where: − you consented with receiving personal benefits or customized direct marketing; − the law requires us to hold your Collected Information for a longer period, or delete it sooner; − where you have raised a legal claim, complaint or concern regarding our Products or Services, in which case we will retain your Collected Information for the entire duration of the claim, complaint or query. For prospects and simple users of our Website, the Collected Information in relation to your request for registration to our newsletters, events, offers will be retained for a period of three (3) years as of their collection or your last contact with us, unless during that period we form a relationship with you e.g. you purchase one of our Products or Services. We hold your Collected Information for this period to give us an opportunity to form a relationship with you. You also have the right to rectify the Collected Information, in this respect, we encourage you to update the data you have provided to us any time there are changes in your Collected Information by logging in to your account on our Products and Services or by Contacting us. In order to ensure that the Collected Information is up-to-date, we recommend that you check your Collected Information at least once a year, and if needed update it. You may also contact us to review, update or delete the Collected Information.

You can request us to delete your Collected Information by Contacting us, but we may decide to keep and process such information regardless of your consent, to the extent permitted or required under applicable laws and regulation.

If we do not decide to keep and process your Collected Information for any of the reasons abovementioned, the Collected Information will be deleted within a maximum period of one (1) month following your request.

17. Children Under the Age of 13
Our website is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect Collected Information from, children under 13 years of age. If we are notified that we have collected or received Collected Information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.

18. Do Not Track
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals.


19. Geo-Location Information
When you use one of our mobile applications, we may ask you for your geo-location. You may choose not to share your geo-location details by adjusting your mobile device’s location services settings. To decline from sharing your geo-location details, follow the instructions on your mobile device on changing the relevant settings; otherwise, please contact your service provider or device manufacturer.


20. Other Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the Collected Information that you have provided to us about you, with your consent or based on a contract to which you are party. You also have the right to have this information transmitted to another data controller, where it is technically feasible. You may exercise this right by contacting us as indicated below. We may transfer the Collected Information to our affiliates and third party service providers in countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected (including the United States), where necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and your Collected Information may be processed and stored outside of your country of residence.
