Our Dossier+ members are eligible to receive one free return transaction per order. This means you will receive free return shipping and a full refund on any products returned from an order. This offer is available only once per order.
All other customers will be responsible for a $3.99 processing fee per bottle. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery and will be refunded the full-price minus the processing fee. Nevertheless, we don’t refund shipping costs (if you order less than 3 items), otherwise it’s free.
All customers, both Dossier+ members and non-members, will receive one free exchange transaction per order. This means you will be eligible to exchange any perfumes purchased in an order and free shipping on the newly selected perfume. This offer is available only once per order. 2ml samples are non-exchangeable/returnable.
If you want to return or exchange your item/s, you can download your shipping label here. You can either email us at help@dossier.co or write us on Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp/Live Chat. Nevertheless, we don't refund the shipping costs (if you order less than 3 products, otherwise it's free). So, you can return as many items as you'd like, but they must be sent in the same return package (under one return label).
Please note that a picture of the item is required for a return to be authorized (this step is included in the return request procedure).
IMPORTANT: We have made an update to our return procedure and now it is possible to exchange a product with a more expensive, or with a cheaper one.
Additional notes regarding perfumes
Keep in mind, you are always welcome to test out all of our fragrances. This means you can open our full-size bottle, give it a test, and if you don’t like it, simply ship it back to us.
As we phase out our 2ml samples, you may find some orders come with a sample and some don’t. Regardless of whether you receive a sample or not, you are welcome to test the full-size bottle and return it if you don’t love the scent.
Additional notes regarding candles
A candle is not eligible for return/exchange if it was lit (otherwise the return label will be denied) and a photo of the candle will be required.
All returned orders will be sent directly to the following charity: Give Back Box.
Rather than discard barely-used perfumes, we donate our returned perfumes to Give Back Box. This non-profit organization collects items like our perfumes, as well as other discarded items from retailers and unwanted household goods from consumers. Together, these donations create an inventory of helpful items that various charities can benefit from to help carry out their mission (i.e. clothing for homeless shelters, uplifting perfumes for women’s shelters, household goods for families in need, etc.)
Give Back Box has collaborated with more than 60 charities in the USA, Canada, and the UK. We are proud to be one of their donors.
