This promotion may be presented as one of four offers, described below. A customer will see and may redeem only the specific offer presented to them at checkout, and offers are not selectable or interchangeable by the customer.
Discounts and rewards under the applicable offer are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of eligible items in the customer's cart, as set out below.

DOSSIER+ Member Pricing: DOSSIER+ members receive an additional 10% off the corresponding Guest discount tier (DOSSIER+ = Guest discount + 10%), except where the reward is a non-percentage benefit (e.g., Free Shipping or Free Perfume), in which case DOSSIER+ members and Guests receive the same benefit. DOSSIER+ member status is determined by active membership enrollment at the time of purchase.
Tier Structure: Within the applicable offer, rewards are tiered, not cumulative. Customers receive the single highest reward tier for which they qualify based on the number of eligible items in their cart at checkout, unless otherwise stated in this Section 2.
3. Eligibility
- Offer is valid for new and existing customers, in-app and on Dossier's website unless otherwise noted.
- “Eligible items” refers to full-price, in-stock merchandise unless otherwise excluded under Section 4.
- DOSSIER+ member benefits require an active, valid membership at the time of order placement.
- Limit of one Free Perfume gift per qualifying order, while supplies last, where the customer's offer includes a Free Perfume reward tier.
- Customers are eligible only for the specific offer presented to them and may not request or switch to a different offer.
4. Exclusions
The following are excluded from this promotion and do not count toward the item-count thresholds, and discounts do not apply to them:
- Gift cards and e-gift cards
- Clearance / final sale items
- Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (except where Free Shipping is the applicable reward)
- Previous purchases
5. Free Shipping
Where a customer's offer includes a Free Shipping reward tier, Free Shipping applies to standard shipping only on orders meeting the applicable item threshold, shipped to addresses within the USA. Expedited, express, or international shipping upgrades may incur additional fees.
6. Free Perfume Gift
- The Free Perfume gift is a single, pre-selected item determined by Dossier; selection is not customer-choice unless otherwise stated.
- Available while supplies last. Dossier reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the featured perfume becomes unavailable.

The gift has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- If a return or exchange causes an order to fall below the item threshold used to calculate the applied discount, reward, or gift eligibility, the discount will be recalculated based on the adjusted item count, and the refund will reflect the corrected amount.
- If the Free Perfume gift (or its value) was received and the qualifying order is returned such that the order falls below the applicable item threshold, the customer may be required to return the gift or its value will be deducted from the refund.
8. General Terms
- Discounts apply to merchandise value only and are calculated before taxes and shipping, except where otherwise stated.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The offer presented to a given customer is final; Dossier is not obligated to disclose the terms of any offer other than the one presented to that customer.
- Dossier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion (or any of the offers described herein) at any time without prior notice.
- Offer is subject to availability and while supplies last.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Dossier reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
