Sample Sale
The Dossier Sample Sale runs from Friday, May 22, 2026 through Thursday, May 28, 2026.
1. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
This sale applies to select Dossier products available in the USA. A full list of eligible products is available at checkout. For products not included in the eligible product list, separate discount terms apply as outlined below.
2. DISCOUNT STRUCTURE
- Dossier+ Members: 50% off all eligible select Dossier products. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.
- Guest (non-member) shoppers: 40% off all eligible select Dossier products.
- Non eligible select products: Dossier+ members receive 10% off. No discount is available for Guest shoppers on these items.
- Buy More Save More promotions are not applicable during this sale period.
3. SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on orders of 2 or more items. Shipping fees are subject to change and will be reflected at checkout at the time of purchase.
4. FREE MYSTERY PERFUME
Dossier+ members who purchase 5 or more items in a single order will receive a complimentary mystery perfume, subject to availability.
5. FINAL SALE POLICY
All items purchased during the Sample Sale are final sale and non-returnable. Exceptions are made solely for the following circumstances:
- Faulty or defective products
- Shipping damage (e.g., broken bottles)
- Incorrect items received
To request a return or replacement under an eligible exception, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation of the issue.
6. GENERAL TERMS
- Offer valid while supplies last.
- Dossier reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.
- Sale prices apply to US orders only.
- Identical promotions may also run on separate hidden sites on an early or extended basis, accessible only via select ads or CRM. The terms and conditions reflect timing for DTC main websites and apps only.
