1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

    The Dossier "Monthly Mystery Perfume" Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes is divided into twelve (12) separate "Monthly Entry Periods," each beginning at 12:00 AM EST on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Dossier (the "Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at sweepstakes@dossier.co during the Promotion Period.

  2. ELIGIBILITY

    This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who reside in the USA. Employees, officers, and directors of Dossier, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  3. HOW TO ENTER

    (a) Online Entry: Visit the landing page via the QR code printed on the Dossier Scent Postcard or directly at [giveaway URL], complete the entry form with your first name, last name, and email address, and click "Enter to Win." (b) Limit: One (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.

  4. PRIZE

    Four (4) winners will be selected each month for twelve (12) months. Each winner will receive one (1) full-size mystery perfume from Dossier. Scent will be selected by Dossier at its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $49 USD. Total ARV of all prizes for the Sweepstakes Period is $2,352 USD. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Dossier reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

  5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

    Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. The drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the end of each Monthly Entry Period. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  6. ODDS OF WINNING

    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period.

  7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dossier, which are final and binding. Dossier reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

  8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

    Dossier is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

  9. PRIVACY

    Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes is governed by Dossier's Privacy Policy available at: https://dossier.co/pages/privacy-terms. Entrants may receive promotional emails from Dossier and can unsubscribe at any time.

  10. VOID JURISDICTIONS

    This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including jurisdictions that require additional registration, bonding, or filings that Dossier has not obtained.
