DOSSIER GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Dossier Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on May 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Dossier (the "Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at help@dossier.co during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dossier, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants must 1. follow @DossierPerfumes on Instagram and TikTok, 2. like & comment on Dossier's Scent-sational May Giveaway Post and 3. tag one friend who smells good to complete your entry. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE: Twenty-five (25) winners will receive a $100 Amex Gift Card, one 50ml Dossier Ambery Saffron perfume and one Dossier Room Diffuser. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $187. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The winner must provide a valid U.S. mailing address for prize fulfillment (PO box is not accepted).
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winners will be selected by random draw. The winners will be notified via email within one (1) week after the contest ends. If a winner does not respond within one (1) week, an alternate winner may be selected. Dossier reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the contest rules.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dossier, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Dossier reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating these Official Rules or tampering with the entry process. Dossier is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Dossier is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Dossier's Privacy Policy, which can be found on Dossier's website.
10. VOID JURISDICTIONS: The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
